These terms govern your use of Premiere.Studio. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be 18 or over to use Premiere.Studio, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person.
You may close your account at any time. If we suspend or close an account for breaking these terms we will email you the reason, and you can reply to contest it. Except where an account is being used for something seriously harmful or unlawful, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your work first.
You own what you write. Your screenplays, outlines, notes and everything else you create in Premiere.Studio remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You give us only the permission we need to run the product for you: to store your work, sync it between your devices and collaborators, display it back to you, back it up, and pass the relevant parts to our AI provider when you invoke an AI feature. That permission exists to operate the service and for nothing else. It ends when you delete the work or close your account, except for copies held in routine backups until they age out.
Your writing is not used to train AI models. Not ours, and not our provider's: they are engaged under commercial terms that exclude your content from model training. It is your work, and it stays that way.
The AI features draft, rewrite and analyse text at your request. Some things follow from how generative models work, and you should know them before you rely on the output:
AI features consume credits from your plan. Long or repeated generations consume more. We may adjust what an operation costs as the underlying model prices change. Before an expensive operation runs, the app shows you what it will cost and asks you to confirm.
Premiere.Studio writes adult material for film and television.
Generating child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited. The AI will not produce it under any framing. We have zero tolerance for this, and your account will be terminated.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails we will tell you in the app and may limit paid features until it is resolved.
Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-used periods or unspent credits. Where the law in your country gives you a cancellation or refund right that cannot be signed away, that right still applies and this paragraph does not limit it.
Current prices for each plan and credit pack are shown on the membership page in the app. We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for: it applies from your next billing cycle, so you can cancel before it takes effect. Prices are shown exclusive of any tax we are required to collect; where that applies, it is added at checkout.

When you invite someone to a project or document, you are giving them access to that work at the level you choose, and you can revoke it. Anything you write in a shared document, including comments and suggested edits, is visible to everyone with access, attributed to you. Be deliberate about what you share and with whom.
The Lot is the community feed. Publishing to it is entirely optional. When you publish, the work appears alongside your writer handle, your bio and your studio name, and other people can read and respond to it.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you can cancel and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. You can export any script at any time as Fountain, Final Draft, PDF or plain text, and export your whole account from your profile.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Premiere.Studio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will keep your work safe from loss.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or the cost of substitute services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your single most recent payment to us before the event that gave rise to it.
Some places do not allow these exclusions, and nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be waived. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of it still applies.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your own content or your misuse of the service.
You can close your account whenever you like. Deletion runs on a 30-day grace period, so you can change your mind by signing back in during that window. After it passes, your account, your work and your uploads are erased and any active subscription is cancelled. Invoices already issued are kept by our payment processor because tax law requires it. Export anything you want to keep before you start.
We may change these terms at any time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Premiere.Studio after that means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you agree to that venue.
